Breakfast:

Snack 1:
Bag crisps = -1
Cake x 2 bits = -2
Lunch:
Bagette and cheese = -2
Snack 2:
Missed = -1
Diner:
2 x ryvita and humous = +2
Snack 3:
Strawberries = +1
Exercise = swimming = +3
Total = -0.5
