P'S Food Diary Mon 18th July 2011

Breakfast:
banana = scrambled egg = + 1

Snack 1: missed = -1
Lunch: chicken +1 Humous +1 and Rocket +1 Sandwich opps make that 2 - 2 for extra bread  = +1

Snack 2: missed =-1

Dinner: chicken brocolli and carrots  = 2

Snack 3: missed = -1

Total = 1
