Breakfast: Protein shake = +1
Snack 1: wrap and peanut butter = +1
Lunch: Chicken, may light and wrap = +1
Snack 2: Wrap and Peanut butter = (gone over allowance for peanut butter) = -1
Dinner: Salmon +1, spinach +1, potatoes = +2
Snack 3 = missed = -1
Exercise = 0
Best day for not eating on market - no cakes!!!! a first! . . .
But later . . .
Wine beckoned - had 3 glasses = -3
Todays total = 0 Points
