E's food diary Tues 14th June

Breakfast: Smoothie with protein powder +1, banana +0.5, and raspberries +1 = +2.5

Snack 1: 2 x rye +1 and peanut butter +1 = +2

Lunch: wrap chicken +1 and spinach +1 = +2

Snack 2: Raspberries +1 and low fat yoghurt +1 = +2

Dinner: wrap chicken +1 and spinach +1 = +2

Snack 3: Low fat yoghurt = +1

Exercise = Yoga = +1

Total = +12.5 points
