Breakfast: Protein shake +1

Snack 1: 2 x rye +1, almond butter +1 = +2

Lunch: wrap, turkey +1, spinach +1 = +2

Snack 2: Yoghurt = +1

Dinner: Smoked cod = +1

Snack 3: protein shake = +1

Exercise: yoga = +1

Todays total = +9 points
