E's food diary Weds 22nd June

Breakfast: protein shake = +1

Snack 1: 2 x rye +1 and almond butter +1 = +2

Lunch: Turkey +1, yoghurt +1 = +2

Snack 2: 1 x chocolate biscuit -1,  raspberies +1 = 0

Dinner: chicken +1, broccoli +1 and leeks = +2

Snack 3: wrap and humous = +1

Exercise = none

Total = +8 points
