Snack 1 peanut butter +1 and Rocket +1 wrap =+2
Lunch whole grain bread +1 Chicken +1 and Humous +1 sandwhich =+3
Snack 2 missed -1 = -1
Dinner late couldnt be bothered = - 1
Snack 3 missed = - 1
Todays total = +4
I think we should alter the rule about bread! I don't think you should score points for bread AND have wraps, because that's like a substitute for bread, I'm having them instead of bread and you are having them as well as bread. What do you think?
