Breakfast:
Oat bran and sugar = +1 point and a -1 point = 0
Snack 1:
2 x Rye and peanut butter = +1 point
Lunch:
As snack 1, but now gone over peanut butter allowance so that's -1 point
Disaster strikes, someone giving out cakes at work:
Cake -1 point
Cake -1 point
Cake -1 point
Big cake -1 point
Crisps -1 point
Another cake -1 point
Snack 2:
missed as feel sick from all cake
Dinner:
Soup = 0 points
Snack 3:
Missed = -1
Exercise = nothing, 0 points.
Todays total = -8 points
My excuse - too much wine last night given me munchies today (P made me drink it - sabotage!!)
I guess its best to start off bad as then you can only improve...

The cake was normal size, its just the others were very small!! Those chocolate t cakes with marshmallow in - very light.
ReplyDeleteI have taken a point off for missing snack though, well spotted.
It was a number of spring onions mashed into the potatoe to avoid butter so point remains.
ReplyDeleteCant post food diary if you stay logged in all night could not access blog until 10:30 last night.
No Butter on baked potatoe.
Question if you get +1 for each piece of rye do I get +2 for two pieces of whole grain bread or can I use it as a snack and gain +1 or have one half and then the other half as a snak scoring double bubble
